Welcome to NOIR & NOPAL! By accessing or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are here to protect both you (our amazing clients) and us (the family behind the cart).

Services

NOIR & NOPAL provides mobile charcuterie and specialty food cart services. Availability, menus, and offerings may vary depending on seasonality, event type, and location. We reserve the right to adjust services to maintain quality and safety.

Bookings & Payments

To secure your event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your invoice. Payments can be made through the approved methods listed at checkout.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We get it—life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, you may do so 30 days prior to your event date and receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made after the 30-day mark will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Need to reschedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling is subject to availability, so the sooner you reach out, the better we can work with you to find a new date.

Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer

We do our best to accommodate dietary requests (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, etc.) and will always make an effort to include options that fit your guests’ needs. When notified of dietary restrictions or allergies in advance of a private event, we take every precaution to prevent issues and can plan accordingly.

At public events, please note that some items we serve may contain common allergens. While our cart design—with separate containers and a dedicated layout—helps keep food items apart, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will never occur. Guests with severe allergies should be advised of this before consuming.

Liability

NOIR & NOPAL is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur at or following your event. By booking, you agree to release us from liability related to food consumption or event setup.

Use of Media

We may capture photos or videos during your event for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer not to have your event featured, please let us know in advance in writing.

Communications & SMS Consent

By booking with NOIR & NOPAL, you agree that we may contact you regarding your event via email, phone, or SMS text message. Messages may include booking confirmations, event reminders, and promotional updates (if you opted in). Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from promotional SMS at any time by replying STOP.
